Loan Repayment and Management
15. When is my loan due?
The time period of your loan is designed for a minimum of 10 days and no more than 14, however, that may vary depending on customer’s next payroll schedule in relation to the date customer applied.
16. What is a payment request and why is it required?
Before your loan is due, you must submit a payment request online by 2:00 p.m. ET on the business day prior. This allows you to specify how much you wish to pay—minimum, full amount, or partial.
17. What happens if I do not submit a payment request on time?
If no payment request is submitted, we may attempt to withdraw the minimum amount due as a courtesy. However, this is not guaranteed — the full amount may be debited instead.
18. What repayment options do I have?
You may choose one of the following:
- Elect to pay the total amount due.
- Elect to pay the minimum amount and extend the loan with a New Contract*
- Elect to pay more than the minimum amount and extend the loan with a New Contract* (payment will initially be applied to the fees and the remainder of the payment will be applied to the principal)
*A New Contract means you are entering into a new loan period, which obligates you to pay the fees associated with your new principal balance at the end of the next pay period.
19. When will my payment be withdrawn?
Payments are debited from your checking account at midnight on your due date. Make sure funds are available to avoid fees.
20. What is the minimum amount I can pay towards my loan on my due date?
The minimum amount is simply the fees associated with your current principal balance. For example, if you have borrowed $300, your amount due is $390. The minimum amount you would be required to pay on your due date would be $90.
21. What happens if there are insufficient funds when my loan payment hits my account?
If your payment is returned as unsuccessful (for instance NSF, Account Frozen or Account Closed), our collections department will contact you to arrange a second attempt to debit the amount. A return item fee of $25 and a late fee of $50 will also be collected with the following debit.
22. Can I change my due date?
To change your due date, you will need to contact us by phone at (833) 878-3343 or email us at [email protected].
